This functional charcoal and graphite holder is ideal for all forms of drawing and sketching in the studio or plein air. Its 8" length provides greater reach and allows the artist to stand back from their work while drawing. Excellent for expressive, gestural strokes when drawing from life. Constructed from stainless steel and polycarbonate. Each Baton comes with one 4mm Nitram Mignonette charcoal stick and one 4mm Nitram Graphite stick in 3B. Conforms to ASTM D-4236. Mignonette charcoal refills are available in a package of seven sticks. Graphite refills are available in a package of five sticks.
